OUR MISSION

The mission of Cumberland HealthNET is to create a coordinated system of care for the uninsured residents of Cumberland and surrounding counties, resulting in healthier residents with a better quality of life.

Your Dollars at Work

  • $25 can help a person with diabetes stay healthy and out of the emergency room.
  • $35 can help a person have access to preventive care service such as lab work, access to a nurse to include care management and an initial wellness visit.
  • $50 can help a person with hypertension have access to medication, regular checkup and lifestyle changes.
  • $100 can help a person with multiple chronic illnesses obtain access to a stable medical home, equipment and less visits to the emergency room.
